Cancellations made up to 7 days before the experience date will receive a full refund of the amount paid (excluding any third-party service fees).

CANCELLATION WITH PARTIAL REFUND

Cancellations made between 6 and 3 days before the experience: 50% refund.

NO REFUNDS:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time: no refund.

NO-SHOW (failure to show up at the agreed time): no refund.
